The Group has main dealerships for Audi, Ford, Seat, Skoda and Volkswagen along with a large used car operation and a number of multi-brand service centres, bodyshops and TPS (our Trade Parts Division).
Delivery of annual Sales targets
Exceeding Skoda Contract Hire targets
Establish a territory development plan to optimise sales territory customer, prospecting opportunities
Agree and implement a sales process to achieve targets and review progress with Manager weekly
Develop and secure new business by working closely with prospective customers, contract hire and leasing companies
Establish a strong, robust client base and communicate relevant marketing and sales communications as appropriate
To build loyalty and increase customer satisfaction with existing customers through excellent account management. Achieve 60% excellent feedback from prospects
Develop a minimum of 5 new prospects (with decision makers) per month for Skoda
Develop a rolling top 15 prospects every month with clear and documented next actions for Skoda
Present progress against objectives in quarterly meetings with Manager and Skoda UK
Updating all customer contacts in the relevant Dealer Management System
The successful candidate will essential have good presentation and communication skills, Strong influencing and negotiation skills, proven ability to achieve commercial targets and objectives, High commercial awareness and be able to build strong working relationships.
