Position: Service Advisor, Mon Motors Chippenham

Due to continual growth we are looking to recruit the new position of Service Advisor at our multi-franchise service centre at Chippenham.

Key Responsibilities:
• To manage all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership
• Qualify service needs
• To establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out
• To calculate workshop capacity ensuring that all details are entered onto the service workshop loading system
• To manage the handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles.
•  Explain the work carried out on the vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
• To manage any necessary liaison with department manager regarding customer queries

Person Specification:
• Have had previous relevant experience in the motor industry
• Have excellent interpersonal / customer skills
• Be passionate about delivering an exception customer experience
• Be organised and have good attention to detaiL

The successful candidate will be computer literate with a basic understanding of Vehicle Maintenance and have excellent customer interface skills with the ability to talk to people.
