Position: Service Advisor, Bristol Audi

We are looking for an Experienced Service Advisor to join our busy front of house team who will be the focal point of contact for Audi customers requiring servicing or repair to their vehicles.

Key responsibilities:

  • To manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries on behalf of the Audi Centre
  • To qualify service needs
  • To establish an understanding and agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out
  • To calculate workshop capacity ensuring all details are entered onto the workshop loading system
  • To manage the handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles.
  • To explain the work carried out on the vehicle ensuring customer's full understanding and authorisation
  • To manage any necessary liaison with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction
  • To understand and adhere to Audi Brand service requirements

The successful candidate will have had previous experience in a similar role within the Volkswagen Group Brands.

You will be highly focused and will be able to quickly build successful working relationships with customers both face to face and via telephone. You will be organised and have a good attention to detail. You will be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Kerridge/ADP experience would be advantageous.
