We are all in very uncertain times, and our thoughts are with you and your families. Our business is family owned and we are particularly mindful of our responsibilities towards the safety of our customers, employees and wider society.
We are very much aware and respectful of the Government’s message that all UK citizens and businesses must play their part to protect the most vulnerable in our society and to ensure the NHS has the ability to care for the inevitable, increased number of patients that will be affected by the virus in the coming days and weeks.
In light of the Government’s announcement Monday 23rd March, we temporarily closed our car showrooms with immediate effect, until further notice. However, we remain available to assist with your queries at monmotors.com or by phone.
As such the majority of our team members are not permitted to attend our dealerships, with the exception of a core response team to ensure we can still attend to emergency safety requirements.
We appreciate the need for key workers to remain on the road and are ensuring we have an ability to respond to safety issues for key workers. We will ensure we have a facility available to assist key workers throughout any closure period. If you are a key worker, please contact us direct at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us. We will make every endeavour to assist you, whilst ensuring we do so in a safe and compliant manner.
If you have purchased a car that has not yet been delivered
If you have already purchased and are awaiting delivery of a new or used car, we will be in touch to advise as soon as possible.
If your car is with us for a service and/or MOT appointment
We are prioritising those vehicles currently with us with safety related issues and will be in touch to reschedule any regular service appointments. Please feel free to contact us by phone to reschedule your appointment, to ensure you are able to arrange the most convenient date for you. Alternatively, please contact us via our website https://www.monmotors.com/owners-hub/. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
These are unprecedented events and we anticipate that many of our customers will contact us at this time, so we ask that you please bear with us. We would ask you not to visit our dealerships without an appointment in order that we may avoid any disappointment.
We would like to thank our colleagues for their continued dedication as we navigate our way through this challenge. They have all been amazing and we are immensely proud of our teams.
Thank you for your understanding, we will use our social media pages to keep you updated. We look forward to staying in touch and welcoming you back when we reopen.
