Service & maintenance

Your car is covered for scheduled maintenance work. We’ll notify you when a service is due – and clean your car after each visit.

Wear & tear

During your car’s scheduled maintenance, we’ll change or repair any parts, including tyres, worn through normal use.

Courtesy car

When your car is in the workshop for a service, we can provide a replacement vehicle or collect and return your car (max. range 20 miles; max. 10 miles within M25).


Your car is covered by warranty throughout the subscription period. Naturally, if you choose a pure electric model, the battery is also covered.

MOT inspection

Vehicle testing (MOT for cars aged 3+ years) is included. We’ll notify you when they’re due. Contact us if your car displays any related messages.

24/7 roadside assistance

If you have an accident, breakdown, lockout or flat tyre, just press your car’s Volvo On Call assist button to request assistance. If we can’t help on the spot, we’ll tow you to a Volvo retailer.

As a valued Care by Volvo customer, you can always reach out to us. Our advisors are at your service by phone, email or chat Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-5pm and Sat 9am-1pm.

Note: 3 months' notice and the possibility to switch car do not apply to the 36 months fixed subscription.

What’s the difference between traditional car financing and car subscription?

Instead of committing to a lengthy leasing contract of 36-48 months, we offer a flexible alternative with just 3 months' notice. You also have the choice of a fixed term for a lower monthly cost. What’s included for leasing can often vary, and the hidden costs of those add-ons or initial deposits can make the monthly price look cheaper at first glance.
