Our manufacturer brands provide role-specific, product-focused training aligned to individual positions across the business. Alongside this, our Learning and Development team delivers a wide range of initiatives, including group training sessions, coaching and mentoring, and apprentice cohort programmes designed to nurture talent and develop the next generation of leaders within Mon Motors.
We also conduct six-monthly performance reviews to regularly assess development needs and provide ongoing feedback. This continuous process helps us support individual growth while keeping a strong understanding of how our business is evolving.

Following your initial induction and role-specific training, you’ll move into your dealership or department feeling confident, welcomed, and ready to get started. With ongoing support from managers and colleagues, you’ll continue to build your knowledge and skills in a practical, hands-on environment.
Around one year into your journey with Mon Motors, we invite our newer team members to return for a dedicated development session focused on our values and standards of excellence. This experience provides the opportunity to reflect on your progress, deepen your understanding of how we work, and engage directly with senior leaders.
