Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Smart Paint Technician to join our team in Gloucester.
Key Responsibilities
As a Smart Paint Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs to manufacturer and company standards. Your duties will include:
- SMART repairs and localised paintwork
- Preparing, masking, and applying paint finishes
- Colour matching and paint blending
- Minor bodywork and paint repairs
- Ensuring all repairs are completed to the highest standard
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment
- Delivering excellent workmanship while working efficiently and effectively
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Have previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician or Paint Technician
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and take pride in your work
- Be highly skilled in colour matching and paint blending
- Work efficiently while consistently maintaining high-quality standards
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- IMI Qualification – Level 3
