7.5 tonne Collection & Delivery Driver
Mon Motors Newport Bodyshop is looking for a reliable and professional 7.5 tonne Collection and Delivery driver to join our team.
As a Collection and Delivery driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection of vehicles from our customers and deliver to our Bodyshop. This will also include delivering customer loan vehicle. You will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Bodyshop and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive company vehicles, up to and including 7.5-tonne vehicles.
- Collect and deliver customer vehicles and recoveries as required.
- Complete vehicle checks and ensures vehicles are maintained in a clean and roadworthy condition.
- Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with customers and other businesses.
- Complete relevant paperwork and delivery documentation accurately.
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
- £12.71 per hour with the ability to earn bonus in addition
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Valid CPC qualification/licence.
- Full and valid licence with entitlement to drive 7.5-tonne vehicles.
- Previous commercial driving experience.
- A safe, responsible and professional approach to driving.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Good knowledge of local and surrounding road networks.
