Workshop Controller
This is an integral part of the Aftersales department, working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an experienced Workshop controller to join our aftersales team. Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager and ensuring efficient and high-quality servicing and repairs are achieved whilst driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be highly organised and able to multitask.
- Leading and managing a workshop team with strong team developmental focus
- Allocating work to technicians whilst ensuring work standards and time scales are achieved.
- Technical and problem-solving abilities
- Driving the brand standards to ensure they are always maintained.
- Keeping track of workshop productivity and ensuring all KPI’s are achieved.
- Driving customer satisfaction scores
- Being the main point of contact for the front of house team to ensure customers are kept up to date.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Must have a proven track record in a Workshop controller position.
- Proficiency with workshop management software
- Must have strong communication and organisational skills
- Team Player mentality
- Must be experienced in team management
- Will have a technical and problem-solving background
- Have worked in a fast-paced main dealer environment.
- Have exceptional man management skills.
