We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our high-performing team at Cheltenham Audi. Beyond achieving sales targets, you will play a crucial role in customer retention—ensuring every Audi owner feels valued, understood, and supported throughout their entire ownership journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service
- Follow a consistent and customer-centric sales process
- Identify customer needs and support them through the entire buying journey
- Work toward agreed sales targets, proactively following up on leads and enquiries
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Thrives in a customer-facing environment and takes pride in achieving results
- Listens attentively and shows a genuine interest in customer needs
- Has an approachable, engaging, and professional manner
- Is enthusiastic, ambitious, and driven to meet—and exceed—sales targets
- Have a minimum of 2 years sales experience within the motor trade is desirable but not essential
- Is passionate about the Audi brand and delivering a truly premium customer experience
